 Happy New Year!

2012 looks to be a very exciting and busy year not only have we the Olympics to look forward to but we also have the 'End of the World' to enter into our diaries which according to the Mayans will occur on the 21st of December 2012. That’s an event not to be missed!

On a more cheerful note late last year we were lucky enough to secure projects for new and existing customers. We have been working hard on agreeing manufacturing contracts with several of our biggest customers, their enthusiasm regarding this only goes to prove how delighted they are with our performance. This couldn’t have been possible without your expert assistance and knowledge, so thank you and well done!

Introduction to Berck Limited

Operating from our 50,000 sq.ft. premises in the West Midlands, Berck Limited is a leading manufacturer of quality metal pressings and metal/plastic sub-assemblies for the world’s defence, automotive, aerospace, construction and medical industries with a workforce of 64 producing a current annual turnover in excess of £5.3million

            Our core activities include:

            Precision and multiform pressing using Bruderer presses and robotic systems;

            Assembly work using in-house facilities for welding, projection welding, spot

           welding, drilling/threading, soldering and spin riveting;

            Design and development of prototypes using the latest CAD/CAM systems;

            Tool design:

            Tool-making – utilising state-of-the-art AGIE wire erosion equipment

            overseen by our 8 time-served toolmakers.

A cable harness, also known as a wire harness, cable assembly, wiring assembly or wiring loom, is a string of cables and/or wires which transmit informational signals or operating currents (energy). New Machine Capacity

We are pleased to announce at Berck Limited  that we have increased our toolroom capacity with the addition of a Jones & Shipman 1430 Surface Grinder.

The Machinery will enable us to service and maintain larger press tools.
