Each project is subjected to a rigorous Advance Quality Planning (AQP) routine in which key personnel, from senior management to machine operators are fully briefed at every stage of the process. AQP systems control projects from initial feasibility exercises, through design, timing, manufacture and inspection and finally to the finished article. An appointed project leader documents the process and is fully responsible throughout.
